Returns and Exchanges - 
Damaged Items
Clark & Lee Design. Inc. strives to ship your package in good condition. Unfortunately, packages may be damaged during the shipping process after leaving Clark & Lee Design. Inc. or our vendors. If your order arrives at your door damaged, broken or defective, we will either replace the broken parts if possible or ship out a new one at our discretion and completely at our expense. Please be sure to inspect your item(s) for concealed damage if you do not plan on using it immediately. We are unable to accept cancellations on merchandise after it arrives damaged, but we will make every effort to make the product right. Note any damaged packaging on your delivery receipt when accepting the delivery.

For other returns and exchanges contact customer service at 626-301-0881 for a RA number. Packages shipped without an RA number will be refused on delivery and returned to you. PERSONALIZED, CUSTOM or CUSTOMIZED ITEMS cannot be returned.

Credit and Return Time
Please give us some time to process your return/exchange. It takes up to 10 business days for us to receive the returned or exchanged product back from you. All refunds granted are for the purchase price of the product only. Shipping and gift-wrapping costs are refundable only if a product arrives damaged due to shipping or is defective.

Canceling Your Order
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, you may either call us at 1-6216-301-0881  or email us at service@knobelties.com within four hours of placing your order to cancel it free of any charges.

Don't worry! Even after the four hours, our helpful customer service assistants will do all that we can to stop the items from being processed and/or shipped but there is no guarantee that we will be able to stop it in time.
